Beautiful views, polite staff and maintenance, quiet.
I am changing my review... reason? I should be moving on July 1st it is July 6th I still can't move into this apartment due to issues that I addressed day first. What i hear is that they are thankful for my patience . Nobody is even interested to come over and see issues!!! I will have to stay in hotel soon even that I had to pay rent for that place.
THE WORST APARTMENTS TO EVER MOVE IN A COMPLETE SCAM!! They will tell you one thing then it be another. Maintenance is very sorry they half way work, half way fix things, barely respond to work orders. If you move out 2 days before your lease up they’ll charge you over $3000. I can do on all day the worst apartments you pay for valet trash & still have trash in front of your door everyday because the valet doesn’t always pick up all the trash. First year out here was amazing .. but it seems like since I just renewed my lease everything is not what it seems the office never picks up the phone when I call. My main bathroom has been clogged for 3 weeks!! And everytime I call about it there is an excuse on why I hadn’t been fixed yet. There is a loud humming noise coming from idk where but is shaking my bathroom completely called about that has it been fixed yet?? No and that been going on continuously for 5 days now.
