I’m writing this review to document several serious concerns about the condition of the property and the lack of support from management, despite what is outlined in the lease agreement. First, I was recently told that I am responsible for maintaining a major appliance that was provided with the unit—despite the lease clearly stating that appliance maintenance is the landlord’s responsibility. I can’t say enough how courteous and helpful everyone at the leasing office is. Aaron the property and leasing manager genuinely cares about the well being of his residents in all aspects. The apartments are beautifully maintained as well as the grounds. They are quick to respond with solutions for any and all challenges . Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
I’ve been here 3 months i love it the staff super friendly maintenance move quickly! The Manager Ms Walker helped my move in be quick and efficient very nice homes would recommend families to move here.
The current staff has done a fantastic job of upgrades in property management. Keep it up team! Ann in the front office has been wonderful with her knowledge and caring of the tennants. Alex in maintence is awesome in prompt attention to work requests and gets the job done the first time! 👍 up to the new team. Happy living in here
