They lied about handyman and maid services being included. The elevator hasn’t worked since the beginning of march. We are on the fourth floor. Do with that information what you will. Neighbors are lovely. Our elderly neighbor to the right had to move out (she’d been here for seven years) because she used a walker and could not leave her apartment without an elevator. Marissa Walker took such good care of me made my move-in process so easy. I had a lot of juggling work schedule And trying to get in the new apartment, so it was outstanding that she went above and beyond.
DO NOT MOVE HERE – Deceptive, Disgusting, and Dangerously Neglected The Villages at Oakleaf is a complete scam. When you first tour the property, they show you a clean, staged, well-kept model unit that looks decent enough to fool you into signing. But once your lease is signed, that is not the unit you move into. What they actually give you is a filthy, worn-down apartment that looks NOTHING like what you were shown.
