Fields vets Newport are an amazing team of professionals. Kindness, care and compassion is evident from the moment you walk in the door.
The visit was great. The clinician answered all my questions regarding dental treatment in full and was very friendly. I felt that my cat was well taken care of. The reception staff were lovely as well
Awful experience at this vets. I’m a new dog owner with an 8-week-old Rottweiler who went in for his first check-up — and we both left traumatised. The vet who came to collect us from reception (apparently the Clinical Director) seemed disinterested from the start. The exam table was covered in dog hair, which made me hesitant to put my unvaccinated puppy on it. The appointment felt like a tick-box exercise with little engagement or care.
