Pricing was great. Cleanliness was not. They ruined a brand new rug. They said that my handy man told them not to move the rug. The handy man is not the home owner nor the person that authorized the work. When I talk to them while they were working they said they would replace it or clean it but never did. I have waited 4 months for them to make it right. Their excuse is that it is outside the insurance time. They also left black handprints all over my freshly painted walls.

Great service today by Fields Right LLC to repair an old heat pump in Kingsport, TN. Jason knows his stuff and we appreciated his patience to explain the problem and repair plan. His team was neat, courteous and offered several suggestions to keep our units running smoothly and keep our operating costs as low as possible. They have earned our ongoing business!
