Dr. Fields has been providing superb care to a family member with challenging medical issues for several years. She and her staff are very accessible and responsive, and they go the extra mile. I'm particularly impressed by Dr. Fields' willingness to think outside the box to come up with a tailored approach for her patients. In our family member's case, the result has been much more stability and many fewer visits to the hospital.
I’ve had problems with this doctor recently. I had some imaging done and she stated she would call me to talk about the results a week or two after they had been made. She never did I called her after about two weeks and left a message with her medical assistant to call back and she never did. About a few days later I called again and left a voicemail told them that I had imaging done and was waiting to get called back.
