If I could put 10 stars I would! I'm dead serious about this but they quite LITERALLY saved us $11,000.00! Ended up having this gentleman at our house for 20 minutes. Within that 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, prove the previous repair company COMPLETELY WRONG! Then have the part replaced and our AC running again all so quickly!
