I lead volunteer facility services at our local church. Due to aging facilities, we often require the services of Fields for gutter repair and maintenance. The team is very responsive to our needs and does top quality work.
Fields Gutter placed covers on our second-story gutters 15 years ago. The covers have done great work with no issues - until this spring when water wasn’t flowing through one part of our gutter. We called Fields Gutter - and they came out the SAME day. They found a clog of debris that they cleared out for us. Super great with communication! Awesome customer service - even after all these years!!! Definitely recommend Fields Gutter - and their gutter covers!
Someone in one of the company trucks cut me off in a construction zone and proceeded to drive beside me yelling and waving his arms outside his window. Very unprofessional and alarming behavior form someone representing this company. I will never use this service based off of employee aggression alone.
Field's Gutter is sooo good at their “craft”! As a retiree, I remember the good old days of service people who take great pride in their workmanship. Mike and all the other workers definitely do that! It’s the way they do business. Field’s replaced gutters at my last house and I was so extremely satisfied with that service that I had them replace them at my current house. You can’t go wrong with Field’s due to their strong work ethic and the resulting great, total experience!
Lack of Communication and Professionalism is what earns a 1-star review here. I'm going to spare the story and keep it as short as possible. It took several contacts simply to get an estimate and several confusing communications after I had expressed interest in service. Finally their office manager told me someone would reach out to schedule, but that took several weeks to get accomplished.
