Don Eastcott, the owner, was helpful and truthful about time constraints. As with everything today, getting good help is difficult. He kept me informed about time lines, and when he picked up our recliners they were returned withing 2 weeks - mechanism tuned up and the chairs look fabulous. He made cushions for a sofa and the chairs - they are perfect. I am delighted.
If I could give more that 5 stars, I would. Don delivered our 4 reupholstered chairs today and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the work is beyond our expectations. Thanks Don for the great experience.
