6/13: Called and spoke to one of the appointment girls, to schedule an annual appointment for my oldest. She also took my prescription refill request for my youngest inhaler and Epi-pen as well. EVERY week since, I’ve been calling, leaving voicemails for Melissa (the refill person), spoke twice to Aaliyah (her assistant, I’m assuming) and once to the Office Manager who transferred me to Aaliyah.
