Severe lack of customer service. I called ahead to ask if there was a fabric type I was after and was told yes. When I arrived, I didn’t see signage for the fabric and asked for directions once the people behind the counter had a chance to finish their conversation. One of the two did not appear happy to be bothered. The response for help was a point in the direction of the fabric, but no offer to assist even though I mentioned this was my first project.
