Wow, what else can I say. I came in after backing my Cadillac into my garage door. The trunk would not open or close, there was a big dent and the whole rear chassis was misaligned. I shopped around and every body guy told me the same thing “we will have to buy a new rear hatch, paint it, and attach it, at a cost of about $1800. I stopped by fields, listen, I’ve grown up in Sarasota-Bradenton and we all know what the red barn area is like. Aiden Butterfield, a mobile technician showed up to service my GLS580 on site at my home! Wow. What a great service this is. He was prompt, super courteous and efficient. In a busy world, this is a perfect option for maintenance. Shout out to Tim Lowery, great on the purchase and always there to advise!!! You guys are the best!!!
