Please report them to BBB(Better Business Bureau)! This company should either get proper techs or not be in business with this many people complaining! Horrible company, inexperienced techs! Have been out 3 times now and still no working washer. First appt tech was called for leaking washer from bottom. Tech came and stated it was the computer and he didn't have the part. 2nd appt made 3 weeks later tech installed computer part and said everything was good to go. It took 5 days to get repair person out for Whirlpool undercounter ice maker. On Monday, Matt came with control board that was damaged and determined he needed to come back with a new board. I phoned the CS line and was told that “because it was an error on their end, they would expedite the new control board and we would be a priority for service”. On Friday, I receive an email message saying they would be there on Monday between 2-6pm… What about that is expedited or priority. I called CS only to be told that was the day... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is 100% trying to rip off consumers. We called manufacturer of our ranger (Whirlpool), explained that certain digits on our range were not working. Simple issue with switch membrane that had previously happened 4 years ago. Whirlpool schedules this place to come to my home. Switch membrane needs to be replaced, its that simple. Stay far away from this company! They are TERRIBLE!!!!! They do not deserve the 1 star rating, but I can't give them a negative score. I purchased brand new Whirlpool appliances 25 days ago and within 48 hours, I noticed a horrible buzzing noise coming from my refrigerator.
