After trying for 2 years to grow grass in a small back yard with 2 active dogs we finally decided to have artificial grass installed. After speaking to 5 different companies, we decided to go with Fieldmaster’s as the owner Josh was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what product was best for dogs and why. No other company did this. We are extremely happy with the results, it was done in a timely manner and the yard looks great. Most importantly the dogs love it.
Josh has a terrible attitude and super unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. THIS IS NOT A SPAM REVIEW. JUST MORE PROOF THAT JOSH TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
Our experience has been amazing dealing with fieldmasters! From initial contact with Josh to the installer team everyone was polite friendly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were totally satisfied and well informed about our product and it's care. We were absoulty amazed and suprised at how our yard went from dead swampy mess to a full lush lawn in a day!!!!we were thrilled with the end result and our Kengal Sheppard Tank loves it! I can't recommend fieldmasters enough!!!! Thank you again!!!
Update - July 2026: I'm updating this review to accurately reflect my complete experience with Fieldmasters. Since posting my original review, the following issues have come to light: The installation team used 10-inch spikes to fasten the turf, contrary to the contract which explicitly specified 6-inch staples. This is not a minor deviation. I should have done this 10 years ago! I’d been trying to grow grass in a shaded area of my backyard for many years, replacing the sod at least four times and meticulously caring for it. Still it kept dying which gave me the idea of installing artificial grass. It’s looks gorgeous and I’m so happy with it.
