I’ve been with Fieldings for over three years. Recently due to no changes by me, they have changed my account status removed my post payability and have fabricated charges that are not related to my account. have improperly handled billing on my account, including, but not limited to sending a bill receiving payment in full as listed from the bill then sending another bill stating that they made an account error and I owed them immediately several hundred more dollars. Two fill locations at my home, inlaw and main house. Have been on auto fill for 3 years have run out of oil in both locations multiple times in the last 3 years. Due to them not filling on time or in the correct location. Sometimes one is filled sometimes another is filled.
The assistant, Sarah, at the Windham office was amazing. So personable, friendly and so efficient! I had many stops during the day and this was the best by far! Thank you, Sarah ☺️
They come when. They say they will.
Delivery was on time, early hours in the morning. Driver was nice, explained how system works and some other details of tanks and filling. Good to know stuff.
