I have had the absolute best experience with fielding law group. Fair rates, Their associates are all very respectful, timely, reliable, and are excellent communicators every step of the way. I strongly advise against using Fielding Law Group. During my case, my attorney explicitly assured me that if my medical bills exceeded one-third of the total settlement, the firm and I would evenly split the remaining insurance recovery. Unfortunately, this promise was not honored. ​When the settlement was finalized, the distribution was shockingly disproportionate: the medical providers received $10,000, the attorney took $8,000, and I was left with only $3,000. I found the Fielding law firm to gave been very professional and supportive in handling my case with one exception, I was assigned an attorney at one point who will remain nameless who I did not see eye to eye with and he was replaced with an associate named Martina whom I had representing my case earlier and I want to give her special recognition in her handling and aggressive persistence in settling my case. Martina Camarena Was very efficient and dedicated and worked hard to get my settlement wrapped up to make sure I was Treated fairly! Without her help, I would not have even had enough to cover my medical bills! She’s very positive and very supportive and very communicative.
