Unfortunately, these larger dealerships all they want to do is sell you more of their products,, instead of actually fixing the issue brought MY 23 F150 in to diagnose a problem. Just trying to sell me overpriced, tires, instead of offering to do an alignment. Still charged me $90 for 2 minutes. Test drive. I had the issue since the vehicle was new. This is a great little Ford dealership. Service department really helped us out after getting a flat tire about 15 miles from here. They fixed is quickly. Austin was very friendly too.
Great service.
Super disappointed. I made an appoint on line a week out for an oil and filter change. This would give them time to get the filter only to arrive to be told that they didn’t get the filter.
