This place come through as every thing in Ballpark Village was a 2 hour wait. .Score,we got our order in about 10 minutes Got the Ballpark Philly, I felt full good food for drinking at the village..
This place was an option because the former manager would make your food quick and add her own flare. Now it's too long a wait for average food.
We should have left when they said they were out of orange juice and waffles (which was half their menu) at 9:30am. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, lemonade and black coffee. Got the coffee quickly. Had to ask about the lemonade 20 minutes later. Finally got our sandwiches 45 minutes later. Everyone in the cafe was in disbelief at how long their food was taking. Food was very good, portions were large for the price. Food and drinks were a little slow coming out though.
Service was very slow, with just two people working (one of whom disappeared into the restroom for a long time). They didn't have any cream cheese at all to put on bagels. Napkins were not available, just a roll of paper towels at the front counter. My latte was made with Hershey's syrup. The cookies and cream mini donuts were just plain donuts that came all broken up with Oreo cookie pieces mixed in, and you couldn't even tell how many there were. They did not taste fresh baked.
