I am so glad we used Fielder pools. They spent a lot of time on the design. It looked even better than the plan when it was finished. When you stand out in the back yard you can not tell there is a pool there it looks like an extension of the deck. It makes the pool flow with the design of the house.. If you want a great pool contact Feilder Custom Pools. we are so happy we did.
I'm so glad that I went with Fielder Pools. They did a beautiful job on my pool and spa. I've heard of horror stories with pool builders and all I can say is I had a great experience. Don't get me wrong, during the construction its painful watching your yard get demolished, but when you see the final product and the water filling the pool, I couldn't be happier!
Update: 02/24/14 Since the last review, our project was finaled with City of Austin, we have received an apology from the owner & customer service has greatly improved. Expectations are that Fielder Custom Pools will move forward with client follow up & satisfaction as the highest priority for past and future customers. Great Pool, Lousy Project Management & Follow Through on Final Inspection We are giving this company 2-stars only because the subcontractors actually built us a very attractive, sound pool & spa all on their own, in spite of Mr. Fielders dismal management & poor business practices. In our opinion, the major failing of this business is the owner/contractor & his girlfriends inexperience in the pool business, which he has recently hired to run operations. Creative & Professional Opinions! – When I met with Dickie Fielder the first thing I noticed was his kind smile and his enthusiasm. His personality is extremely comforting and brings an abundance of knowledge to the table. I had ideas of the pool I wanted in my backyard and he gave his honest opinion and showed me different options that were available to me within the budget that I gave him.
