We’ve been using this system for some time now and it is absolutely horrible. Always says “Please Wait”. Program is always down and having errors. When writings notes and then saving them, the program will put random spaces or delete characters or add random characters to your notes and messes them all up. Fieldconnect is absolutely horrible. Not user friendly by any means and constantly have issues. Recommend using Service Titan!
We have been using this company for several years now. They are extremely unprofessional. Stay away!
