The timing for maintnance is terrible. And the maintnance itself has went down in the past 15 years. The elevators used to be on point, now they break down more often, the sealings collapsed twice, and the sink keeps flooding. Not its in the hallway.

THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. All the buildings are in disrepair, and according to Yakub (the one in charge at the management), "its an old building". Yet they're slapping a Band-Aid on the old, dust, leaky, moldy apartments and calling them new. Elevators are always out, and you might need to walk on the roof of another building to get to your own. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ARE OF NO HELP. INFACT SOME MAINTENANCE WORKERS ARE EXCONVITS WHO HAVE ASSULTED AND UNALIVED TENANTS IN THE PAST. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE BUILDINGS are old and crumbling. What's even worse there are no fire escapes, very small elevators, often time fixed by cheap unprofessionals. Several cracks in the foundation, inside and outside, rodent and bedbug issues. This place will not make it another 5 years

I am new to the building and I've had good interactions with the staff thus far. The tenants in the building are something to be desired. They have stolen my packages and they don't dispose of their garbage properly.

I’ve only lived in a building managed by Fieldbridge for a year, but the management has been excellent during my time. Responses to questions and concerns are prompt and fair. Maintenance is quick to address issues in the apartment. While the building I lived in may have had some issues, the management was not one of them.
