I had the misfortune of having to deal with this company. I lost heat in my restaurant and they refused to come out to service the equipment they installed. Trevor rudely said he can't guarantee when they will come out, might be a few days. Jennifer promised to call me back which she never did. I don't recommend dealing with this company.
