Not sure if they are taking new projects , they asked me to meet them at a post office. It was a 1.5hr trip for me . They didn't show up and when I called they didn't respond . They called back the next day and said they could meet me at the same place. I ended working with manufacturer tech support to fix the issue. Magnum 2012 charge inverter with remote control. Gave 2 stars because they may have been able to fix the bios issue but they would have to show up first.

Beware , they will want to meet you at a random location and take your inverter or charger to a diffrent location. Then they will charge you before they will want to meet you in a diffrent location for you to pick up your unit. They offer no warranty no guarantee and if you try to follow up other them they will not respond and have no physical location.
