I had an appointment and did not even get to see doctors. Took off work. No one told me I needed a physical copy of insurance card. I pulled it up on my bbsil app. They would not take. Even called insurance to fax, they still would not accept the fax. The front desk was very rude to me. Did not make the situation Better. It’s almost as if they enjoyed it. It is 2022 most people do not carry a physical copy of card.
