my husband and i were treated terribly at the store. the cashier over charged us $52, customer service acted like it was our fault. and still have not received my refund. i cant get through to anyone who will help.

tried to buy a new deer rifle yesterday. I could not get any help, there were 3 employees at the gun counter and I was the only customer. after about 15 minutes of being ignored I walked away frustrated. even ask to talk to a manager at the front and was told there was not one. you would think with all the bad press they have been getting customer service would be a priority.
We are here at the store shopping for a Crossbow. We are actually talking to a real live salesman. Miles is helping my husband. Miles is fantastic. He greeted us even though the department is very busy. He is answering all my husbands annoying questions. We are leaving with a crossbow. I love Miles! We tried one of your competitors but never remotely received this level of customer service. I know I already said it but I really love Miles!
What can I say as an Englishman? Eldorado, Died and gone to heaven, My dream shop? Excellent. Service and choice second to none. Ouch my bank hurts but happy 😃
