We have had a great experience with Field. We went to the store to get a part, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We also had difficulty with our boiler, and the two plumbers they sent were very quick and thorough, and were very easy to work with. I didn't catch their 2 names but I highly recommend Field
I bought a part for my napoleon fireplace , it looked like it was used , but the guy insisted it was brand new , got home and realized it was definitely a used part ! Returned it ! The part was $85.00 he actually told me “ that’s the old price , you don’t want to know the new price” got a new part for $85.00 in Regina so the guy lied about the price and lied about the part being new !
David Field is a liar, and clown.
I had them come out to do some minor work around the house and the service was great, the answered all my questions and even did a carbon monoxide test to check their work. The price was reasonable and was a little less than I expected. Definitely going to use them again.
