Fui a visitar este campo de luz al amanecer uno de los días de mi estancia en Yulara. La verdad que me costó madrugar … pero creo que merece la pena ir a visitarlo antes de que amanezca y ya desde allí poder ver el amanecer y como el sol se proyecta sobre el Uluru. Lo único que fue negativo fueron las moscas 🪰 que había en el lugar como en todo el desierto una vez empezó a almacenar. Lleva mosquitera! 😊
We purchased the $49 tickets and the bus picked us up at the designated time and took us to the Field of Lights. It was beautiful and colourful. There was a short talk from the staff before it became a self guided experience. We had 45 minutes to explore before returning to the bus for the trip back to the hotel. Toilets were available on site. I’m glad we didn’t pay extra for a tour as it wasn’t needed.
Voyages, the company that run this experience are absolutely terrible. Having booked this experience for our final evening in Uluru, we were looking forward to viewing the installation. Due to the incompetence of Voyages, we missed the tour because they gave us a pick up time that was an hour later than the bus had actually left. Their excuse was an ‘internal system error’, which simply isn’t good enough. Reading other reviews we aren’t the first guests to encounter poor customer service.
