Exceptional customer service! Neil and the team at Field of Dreams Designs went above and beyond to help us with a sizing issue on a custom hoodie for my daughter. They were extremely responsive, kind, and generous throughout the process. The quality of their apparel and printing is top-notch, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly rare. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom gear in the Pacific Grove community!
I have been going to Neil for my sports teams needs since I started coaching in PG 9 years ago. He is beyond professional, extremely personable, and always works hard to make sure you get your gear in time for the start of the season. I will continue to work with Field of Dreams Designs for as long as I can.
There’s nothing quite like exceptional customer service, and that’s exactly what Field of Dreams consistently provides to our community. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with their team on several occasions, and every experience has been outstanding. They are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They exceed my expectations every time, and we’re truly fortunate to have them as part of our community!
Always a pleasure to work with Neil and Field of Dreams Designs! We have used them for work sweatshirts and tees and for fun custom family clothing. Quality work and great pricing.
