He broke my instrument. I took it up to him for simple pad replacement. It took him a month to do it and it doesn't play now except 1 note. It at least played them all when he received it. Springs are broke and keys are out of alignment. Charged me $60. HE WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it had been an option, he wouldn't have gotten the 1 star rating but it won't let me do that.
