Yes, with my former mechanic my car seemed it was in the shop a lot. The other place charged a fortune. Moving forward, I finally got smart and changed my mechanic to Steve at Fields Motorsport. My car has never run so good (he only does the needed repairs) his prices are so much better and I never feel like I'm being held hostage now. My previous mechanic thought he had a monopoly in Chico. Steve is one of the best BMW mechanics around. I knew Steve when he was at Courtesy Motors 15 years ago. I was an employee there as well. He was the best BMW mechanic we had. I am glad he branched out on his own and I can still take my car to him to work on. Always fair and honest with his work. Thanks again for helping me fix my car.
