Anyone else notice prices went up with new rewards program ? Why do you make the pump stop pumping 3 dollars away from my total , and make it take 5 minute to get last 3 dollars ? The technology exist to avoid this. If I am on lunch I sure won't buy gas here , I would be late waiting for my last 3 dollars . Fix it or lose business
Field and Main has allowed charges to post to my account when the money isn't available and has charged me $330 in fees this month. Thanks guys my kids and I don't need to eat! They made a mistake in April 2026 by double depositing cash and somehow I've continued to suffer from it. Do not bank here!
I've been having a horrific experience with this bank. One thing I can say is the Banking staff is incredible. It has nothing to do with them, at each location they are amazing! But the problem with this bank is, customer satisfaction is terrible! I dislike the way the banking overall is handled. Especially when on Vacation.
