I've been having a horrific experience with this bank. One thing I can say is the Banking staff is incredible. It has nothing to do with them, at each location they are amazing! But the problem with this bank is, customer satisfaction is terrible! I dislike the way the banking overall is handled. Especially when on Vacation. I understand that when on vacation you are suppose to raise your limits but, the sad part is... when you are in a tight situation from them freezing your funds due to reaching limits or anything, they do... read more
Tired of my account either getting double deposits or a charge isn't returned and Field and Main use my negative account to charge me over $250 in fees in 5 days!
