Please please please take your business elsewhere! There is a reason that Field Law has 3.1/5 stars. I was referred to a lawyer at Field Law by another lawyer but was unfortunately passed off to Graham Martinelli. This proved to be a frustrating and costly mistake as real estate law, communication or strategy in general are not his strong points. If there was a zero, that would be the rating. Very poor communications, and completely dropped the ball. So disappointing and the real estate team was very nice and pleasant, just not great at their job!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Gill on closing our new home. Paul was not only professional, punctual and on the ball, he went above and beyond answering any questions including later in the evenings to make sure we were comfortable with the process and never felt in the dark. We were able to finish all of our paperwork 2 days before closing. I would highly recommend working with Paul and will be going back for any other services in the future. Field is lucky to have him!

Predrag (Peter) Tomic is a rare example of what a caring and intelligent Lawyer should be. This man will literally sprint across town for his clients in order to get the job done. We bought a home from Mattamy homes and elected to use field law to close the deal. Teresa (paralegal) handled our file. We were to close on the Feb 23rd but our file was not looked at until Feb 17th. This left us 3 days before closing in case any issues came up. I explained to the paralegal that she will see a discrepancy in our down payment of 45K that Mattamy did not list in the closing documents.
