Bad company, unprofessional, high turnover rate; manager Raul intimidating employees about suspending their security licenses and saying racist things such as if he was black he will be killing people. It doesn't provide any benefit to employees, they change your schedule without asking you and force you to comply. Employees are underpaid, over-worked and overwhelmed. They fire an employee for bad behavior today then re-hire them after less than a month...overall, it's a complete disaster!
