I needed an emergency root canal and the people here are so nice and accommodating. I received excellent care by the assistant, Chastity, and the doctor, Dr. Ackerman.
Dr Fields was great! After a careful consultation and medical history review she referred me in to an oral surgeon - this means she does not do unnecessary dental work! She has a great personality and office staff was just as supportive.
I went in for a root canal. Dr Ackerman was very thorough in her assessment and explained the procedure and my options in detail. The procedure itself was pain free and efficient. The outcome was what elevated this experience from as expected to exceptional. After the numbing had worn off, I expected some swelling and pain. But I had very little and took only a precautionary Ibuprofen the next morning to head off any swelling. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had when major work was done on my teeth.
