Wow wow wow! Sure wish you could give less than 1 star. I deleted my review a while ago, but now that I think about it, I think it's best to be on here incase ole Spencer tries to open another store. So it took a lawyer and OVER A YEAR to get my 30 speed, 29", full suspension bike with a 48v mid drive motor. This "repair" place is a pathetic disgrace in every way. It came recommended, but was a major disappointment. Left an EGO scooter 7 months ago and called at least 15 times, went to the place to check on progress and only got lip service. Spencer's female "assistant" needs a serious attitude adjustment quick! AVOID THIS BUSINESS - IT'S GOING MOBILE, SO BE AWARE. If I could rate this below 1, I would.
I ordered - and foolishly paid in advance for - a battery for my bike back in August of 2016. I have heard nothing since and my phone calls go unanswered.
