Definitivamente los dueños de este negocio deberían poner atención a los reviews que tienen para la gente que trabaja ahí . El personal siempre tiene una actitud muy ruda contra los clientes . Casi que no tienes derecho a preguntarles nada porque muestran una cara de fastidio , siempre están enojadas como si uno les fueras a pedir algo gratis . I was sent here 9/8/2026 by a Temp Agency to get a background check to work at GISD. It went pretty quick, all I did was turn in the forms, waited about 10 minutes total, the receptionist made copies of my forms, took my picture and said I was good to go. No drug test or anything. I only worked one day 9/9/2026 at South Garland though, so I'm not sure if this process was actually needed.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but the staff here are pretty unprofessional. They don’t provide clear or specific instructions when taking the urine drug test, and when you ask them a specific question they just repeat what they already said or they say that they don’t know. Beyond this, after I completed the urine sample, they had me leave it on the counter without writing anything on it to distinguish mine from another person’s.
