Fantastic service yesterday replacing our dead (to be fair 8.5 years old) lithium batteries in our AOR Matrix Called ahead and ordered 3 x tech XP 120 Pro’s and they were charged and ready to install when we arrived. Shout out to young Hayden who did the install 👍
Called in yesterday with our faulty solar blanket they tested it and rang us back within 2 hours to say they had organised a new replacement from Perth and it will be in Broome before we move on in a couple of days. Fantastic service great husband and wife team to deal with. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
We recently took our caravan to red dirt auto electrical to get our batteries checked which Caroline did she confirmed there was no issues with our batteries but also took time to check our system as we were having issues with power to the fridge she explained to us that the fridge was probably the issue she was very friendly and the service provided was first class would not hesitate to go back in the future
These guys are the greatest! After searching broom for a couple of parts I needed they went to their workshop and took them from their workshop supply and would not even take anything for it. Thanks for getting me out of trouble. Warren Millar. Coffs Harbour.
