Had problems with the dual batteries in our caravan. Contacted Red Dirt by phone before we arrived in Broome and they told us to call in and they would have time to do a couple of quick diagnostic test to at least see what the problem was. We did that and ended up having the problem fixed on the spot with 2 new batteries fitted. Fantastic customer service and friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend.
