Do not use Ed for your hvac services. Paid $6.5k for an a/c unit 7 months ago and it has stopped working with no help from Ed to fix it. He does not return calls even after Ed himself said he would check on it. Going through legal processing now but highly recommend to look elsewhere for your hvac needs, Ed Fiebrandt is not trustworthy.
Do not use this service - they overcharge for everything. I had them come out last week for a servicing and paid $850. 6 days later my AC went out and he charged me another $240 to fix it. Shady business.
Fiebrandt HVAC came through for me with quick and knowledgeable service, great communication and very fair pricing. Their fine business reputation in the western suburbs goes back generations and is a rare and wonderful thing.
