We had sold our home and had to have a repair done. Robert Sims was so professional and spent a lot of time in responding to the needs of al parties. We were in a crunch time and Marcellus came over and was prompt in getting the repairs done. We had an invoice in hand and all parties were happy. Thank you Robert and Marcellus.
My experience was a nightmare.Fidus estimator Kevin Gregory promised to fix Hurr. Matthew damage. He sent a young unsupervised crew that has since returned to Mexico. My roof still leaks & owner James Suplee refuses to fix it. His own project manager advised him they could not fix the leak, and then Kevin denied that he promised to fix the leak.
