Jeffrey T. Kirrelson at Fiduciary Foundation practices a reverse fiduciary  business where he will only look out for his own best interests and not the intended persons.   Jeffrey treated my mother so dishonestly and badly my mother saw death as the only way  to get away from this crooked scum.   He refused to disclose his expenses and eould not follow the legal trust  as written.   He  sees the value of the estate only as  financing to be used to take care of his own needs,  especially his llegal needs.. Jeffrey T Kittelson with FFLLC is not in business to look out for any other persons benefit than his own.   He will not legally respect how a will or trust is written.    Kittelson will not distribute an estate if there is any possibility there could be legal action against him,   Kittelson will stall for years so he can use the estate for his own legal protection.   As a trustee Kittelson is like a snake  only there to take care of himself.

Their service is absolutely terrible. Jeff Kittelson will not hire an LPN operating legally. Jeff will not follow the way the trust is written. Jeff will not follow the legal ways of the Minnesota Commerce Department. Jeff will not even have communication with the trust holder to see how they are doing. Jeff will use the estate money for all his legal needs caused by his careless and unsafe care of those he should be caring for.
