Great experience with this company. We have 3 dogs. A lab/pit, a beagle and a Golden Doodle. The 2 technicians that came to our home were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Christine in their service department is amazing absolutely amazing. They've all gone above and beyond the normal scope of work to keep us happy. The only problem we've has was with our Beagle who doesn't seem to mind getting a 'reminder' a little to often.
I highly recommend Fido’s Fences! The salesman Todd is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. John did the installation and was very nice too. My doggie is very happy being loose in our backyard now! So glad we did it.
Overall installation cost is reasonable but after a year problems start coming to haunt. There will be beeping sound and every visit will cost USD 200+. It's been twice in 2 months and they changed USD 200+ every time. So, overall it's an expensive proposition.
Absolutely horrible customer service and poor handling!
Excellent and rapid service during the holiday. Technician came within an hour after our lab was running free. John fixed the problem and helped me prevent further issues. A+ rating
