Overall installation cost is reasonable but after a year problems start coming to haunt. There will be beeping sound and every visit will cost USD 200+. It's been twice in 2 months and they changed USD 200+ every time. So, overall it's an expensive proposition.

Beware. Every three months, you need to pop the battery out of the collar and replace it. However, the mechanism is poorly constructed and the battery gets stuck and cannot be popped out. When the battery can’t be popped out, Fido’s Fences considers the collar to be broken and the only option is to purchase a $300 new collar. Reliable, Honest, Efficient, Friendly. I have been using Fido's Fences for 30+ years and they have always pleasantly surprised me with their integrity and professionalism. Everyone from the office to the field is knowledgeable and honestly genuinely wanting to help. When my landscapers accidentally break the wire it's frustrating, but the service call is always easy to schedule and field teams are on time and the problem is quickly resolved.
