Chance and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. After a kitchen fire left soot throughout our home and made it unlivable with a newborn, they stepped in quickly with professionalism and genuine compassion. They cleaned every inch of the house, literally every nook and cranny, and even discovered mold we didn’t know was there and took care of it as well. Jason informed us of the process and steps necessary to dry out the house. Gerado and the team worked diligently in setting up the many machines we needed. They moved furniture and appliances to get the best position for the equipment. Chance and Jason helped us in dealing with the insurance company. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional.
Chance is a very nice guy who talks a fantastic game. On our first consultation he sounded like he knew the process well and gave some solid advice. His crew were also extremely good guys. Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes.
