I hired Fidem for a last minute cleaning. Karen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cleaning was better than expected at a very reasonable price! I will definitely hire them again!

Karen has been amazing! She took such great care of my property and was super thorough with everything. It’s clear she really takes pride in her work. I've never in my life thought I'd contact a cleaning service, but with a back injury, I needed help with upkeep. I contacted Karen at Fidem on a Sunday, and she and her colleague were glad to come over the next day for a very fair price. They were both courteous, professional, and thorough. They were also sensitive the needs of my cats, and were willing to work in a different order as not to make them anxious. My house is literally sparkling. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a wonderful experience. I needed my house cleaned last minute as I was moving out and selling the house and Karen and her team were able to make it out the same day and they finished super quick. The work was amazing and the service was very professional they even helped me lock up after they were done as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend, also very reasonably priced consider the quality, flexibility, and service provided! 10/10!!!
