They did a great job. They were on time and highly organized. I highly recommend using them for an easy and stress-free move.
They came into my apartment building, and didn't give up until the job was done. I have an old couch constructed before the era of build-at-home sofas that was incredibly difficult for them to maneuver, but they didn't give up despite of the fact that there was elevator. They were also 15 minutes early.
Today I had a group of three charming ladies pack my oil paintings. Not only were they efficient, but did a great job. They even had friendly personalities. The packers gave me an itemized statement right down to the wrapping tape. Marvelous job!

I contacted Fidelity van lines about moving some items from TX to FL. They were picked up on the agreed date. Took a little over a week and then it was on its way to y. It was packed very well and arrived with no problems. Last but not least I want to give a shout out to Montero in the main office. She was very helpful in getting the freight rolling into FL.

We definitely will use Fidelity Van Lines again! They were responsive and arrived promptly, giving us a courtesy call in the morning. The guys were also friendly and efficient. They also took a lot of care in packing up our things, so everything was safe and secure. Great experience!
