Awesome experience working with jack, who was our sales associate for this move. Prices were reasonable, and they were very efficient throughout the whole process, despite our moving being last minute. I wholeheartedly recommend this group as they are clearly very experienced with apartment moves.
I am a repeat customer, and this move reinforced why I only use Fidelity Van Lines. Our movers arrived exactly on time. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They wore masks the entire time without an issue. Everything arrived safely with no damages-not even a scrape.
We spent over an hour on the phone with them just to make sure we didn’t miss a single thing. When it came time for final pricing, they give us any discount that they could apply, which brought the move down several hundred dollars. Most importantly were able to get picked up on our dates and delivered in our timeline, and we save some money in the process. You guys were above and beyond what we expected, and if we ever do move again, you can expect a call for sure.
They moved a dining room table for us. The driver was courteous, helpful, and on time. He treated our furniture with respect. The system they use keeps you notified at all times of the driver's location. Very efficient. Thank you for an efficient and user-friendly service! Highly recommended.
We spoke to them and told them exactly what we want. It moved in the email this estimate with their contract detailing the price as well as the procedure. The move is well within our budget, and each department within the company played a big role in this move going so well. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t even go online and ask for companies to call us. We would call them direct that’s how good their work was.

The guys who made a move were great. They worked hard and were careful with our belongings. The sales manager was also excellent at communicating and reduced our stress level immensely. I hope I don’t move again soon, but whenever I’ll do, I’ll hire them again!
Harry and his team were just amazing. They were polite, respectful, incredibly hard workers and just good people. It was a full day move and it wasn't an easy one- but they did it with aplomb. They are far better than the other movers. I never seemed like them before. Highly preferable!
Jack and his two other crew members were on time, pleasant, efficient, and took great care with our belongings. They had wardrobe boxes, moving blankets, plastic & tape to make a move go even more smoothly. There was not a single issue during the move. After the move, we received a call from the office making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and we have no complaints. Thank you, guys!
