The owner and drivers at Fidelity of Michigan are amazing. They are professional, efficient, reliable and caring individuals. We have a dealt with many drivers throughout the years. We have two specifically that pick up and drop off my severely disabled child and I could not speak high enough of them. They’re kind, compassionate understanding.
We absolutely loooooove Fidelity. My teenage, wheelchair dependent daughter often requires 2 or more hours travel time to and from Grand Rapids every couple of months, which started 2 years ago. The drivers are amazing, encouraging, careful and down to earth. The drive is ALWAYS smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the support staff who always confirm our rides ahead of time.
