We absolutely loooooove Fidelity. My teenage, wheelchair dependent daughter often requires 2 or more hours travel time to and from Grand Rapids every couple of months, which started 2 years ago. The drivers are amazing, encouraging, careful and down to earth. The drive is ALWAYS smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the support staff who always confirm our rides ahead of time. Thank you for all you do.

This transportation has been a tremendous asset to our family. Most of us have some kind of physical challenge and they have helped us on every event or medical need we have had. Not only have they been available, there staff has been nice, funny, professional and on time even when we were running behind a little. Thank you Fidelity for helping out when we have needed you. Big thank you to fidelity transportation they helped me get my mom out for the first time in over a year due to her having a stroke. Henry the manager was the best in helping me arrange the transportation and both drivers Chris and John were exceptional. Both were on time and very friendly. Will definitely use this service again and soon.
