I think the customer service of this company is terrible. I have called in on several occasions. Generally, I am routed to a voicemail which tells me my call will be returned in 24 hours. I have not found this to be the case. When someone does call me back , I am told I need another department. When I ask to go ahead and speak with the other Department, I am told they are probably not available. After 20 years of faithfully paying premiums on a term life insurance policy I'm told that my policy is being cancelled due to lack of participation in the group. My only choice is pay 5x as much for a whole life policy or lose all my money. SCREW THIS COMPANY!! I cannot say enough bad things about them and if they think I'm quietly going away I'll see them in court!
