Thank you to Tamara Tissue who stayed even over work off the clock to present our signing papers to us. In a pleasant patient professional manner. She also provided a coloring book with crayons to our 6 year old daughter which kept her busy. And also for depositing remaining funds in my bank account promptly later. You helped make our buying this duplex a great experience. We just had to go out to dinner afterwards to celebrate. Your a winner.
I have worked with Denise Wheeler and Kelly Berg at Fidelity and I have never been more impressed with an escrow team in the entire time I've been doing loan processing. They are responsive, patient and competent at their jobs. I wish I still had a loan officer that works in Washington because I would get to work with them again. THE BEST!!!
It was a terrible experience. Super poor communications. We had a cash deal closing in two months. We have not heard anything from Tamara Tissue until last week of closing because we pinned her. Then she all of sudden tell us we had to decide on firpta, she did not give any guidance and give us very little time to do research on our own. It was an emergency situation thrown in our hands at last minute. She had 2 months to give us time to do firpta but she totally forgot until one week before closing.
