My favorite escrow officer Jenn Mersch works here. Her attention to detail has really helped. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. Also Braundie her marketing director is a Constant support of her agents! Her assistant Shelbie a knowledgeable and quick. 10 out of 10 would reccomend
Poor customer service and responsiveness. Picking your own title company is important and I won’t make the mistake of using these folks again. Lisa and her team fail to call back, are not prompt, require being reminded several times, drag their feet around every corner. Title company selection is your decision, for your sanity pick another title company.
