A few issues with my closing, i called and asked if I could send a cashiers check to close the $2500 property instead of wiring funds and getting even more fees for no reason on such a trivial amount. I was admonished to not do that again even though I called and made sure I could. There was no rush to close and no need to wire funds in my opinion.
