I run a big retail business in the area, and the employee's at this title company are horrible with fixes and corrections. Nothing has ever been fixed/corrected in a timely manner, so much that they have been suspended with us. Good luck if you choose to use them.
I had a simple cash real estate sale & they screwed it up! They picked at a minute detail that became a sore then picking at until it bled uncontrollably finally hemorrhaged into a mortal wound. Eventually my buyer walked as disgusted with their performance as I was! My sale is gone & I get to start over. Where's my justice? Avoid at all costs!
