After renegotiating a Request for Repairs with my sellers on a Monday, the buyers agent calls and says his clients would like to close on Wednesday. Sellers returned all their paperwork except, "THE DEED". Sellers are now in Hawaii on vacation. Deena Peak contacts the Fidelity office on Maui and my sellers head there to sign the deed.
